1. What if the package is broken/missing?
Due to FedEx's failure to deliver the bike as required during transportation, parts of the wear and scratch may cause by the parts crashing together, although we have packed all the parts to prevent these situations as much as we can. Please send us the related pictures via service@lifemagics.com, we will solve it for you.
2. Can I return my order for personal reasons ?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, or the ebike must have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.), and in its original packaging.For specific fees, please click HERE.

2. Is this electric dirt bike suitable for teens?
The M9 PRO is simply the larger version of our standard M9, designed to perfectly accommodate taller, older teenagers who need more legroom for a comfortable riding posture. While it features a larger frame and a slightly upgraded motor to balance the increased size, it maintains the exact same safety-focused geometry, smooth power delivery, and premium suspension as the standard M9. It provides the perfect ergonomic fit for growing youth without the overwhelming weight or danger of an adult-sized dirt bike.
