The bike and components are shipped separately to reduce transit damage, but we agree the assembly instructions should be clearer and we're already working on improving them.
As for the flat rear tire and possible chain issue, that definitely isn’t the experience we want customers to have. Shipping vibration or improper setup can occasionally cause these problems, and our support team is happy to help with replacement parts or troubleshooting.
