1. **Limited Warranty**
LIFEMAGIC warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase. During this period, we will provide replacement parts at no cost for any components determined to be defective due to manufacturing issues.
2. **Return & Refund Policy**
- **Change of Mind / Non-Quality Issues:** If you wish to return a product due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, no longer needed, or ordered the wrong item), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- **Opened or Used Items:** Returns will not be accepted for items that have been opened, assembled, or used unless the return is due to a verified quality defect.
3. **Out-of-Warranty Support**
Even after the warranty period expires, we continue to support our customers:
- For out-of-warranty repair needs, LIFEMAGIC will continue to provide replacement parts **free of charge**.
- The buyer is only responsible for paying the **shipping cost** for the delivery of the replacement parts.
4. **How to Request Support**
To initiate a warranty claim or return request, please contact our customer service team with your order ID and a description of the issue (including photos or videos if applicable).
