Disclaimer Not Covered by Warranty

The following situations are not covered by the official free warranty, and related repair and replacement costs will be borne by the user.

I. Improper Use and Maintenance
Failure to follow the instructions in the User Manual regarding correct use, daily inspection, regular maintenance, and adjustments, resulting in malfunction or damage.

II. Unauthorized Disassembly, Modification, or Repair
Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or replacement of non-original parts (including but not limited to motors, controllers, battery packs, wiring harnesses, and lights).

Using uncertified chargers, batteries, or modified parts, resulting in damage to any part of the vehicle.

Failure to comply with the safety operating procedures in the user guide (e.g., overloading, exceeding the specified wading depth).

Costs incurred by the user for repairs performed at a third-party repair shop without prior written approval from the official manufacturer, and any secondary damage caused as a result.

III. Accidents, External Forces, or Environmental Factors
Failures caused by accidents, collisions, drops, crushing, fires, explosions, lightning strikes, flooding, water immersion, impacts from foreign objects, or other unexpected events.

Malfunctions caused by improper storage (such as prolonged exposure to high temperatures, humidity, or corrosive environments) or improper use (such as extreme riding on unpaved roads).

Force majeure events (such as earthquakes, floods, typhoons, etc.).

IV. Transportation and Receipt (Period of Liability for Damage During Transportation)
Damage during transportation must be inspected on-site upon receipt. Users should inspect the product's appearance, function, and packaging integrity within 5 calendar days of receiving the package or vehicle.

If no damage during transportation is reported to official customer service within 5 days of receipt, it will be assumed that the product was delivered without damage during transportation, and subsequent claims for damage during transportation will not be covered by the warranty.

For damage issues reported after the 5-day period, the seller will not be liable for free after-sales service, and replacement of damaged parts must be purchased by the user at their own expense.

V. Unauthorized Returns and Parts Returns

Returns without written approval. Users who need to return the entire vehicle or any parts must contact official customer service in advance and obtain written approval (including email or work order records). Returns made without approval or after being refused will not be refunded, and the user will be responsible for all return shipping costs and losses.

VI. Third-Party Parts Third-party brand parts installed in the vehicle (e.g., drive system, brakes, suspension components, charging adapter, etc.). For warranty service of such parts, please contact the respective manufacturer's official website or call their customer service hotline. We can provide contact information for users, but we do not assume warranty responsibility for third-party parts.

VII. Consumable and Exterior Parts
The following parts are considered consumables or wear parts under normal use and are not covered by the vehicle warranty (unless a manufacturing defect exists at the time of manufacture and is reported within 30 days of purchase):

Tires (including inner and outer tires)

Seat leather and foam

Plastic covers (such as shells, mudguards, foot pedals)

Braking system: brake pads, brake discs, brake shoes, brake lines

Lights (bulbs, LEDs), fuses, rearview mirrors

Rubber seals (such as oil seals, waterproof plugs), cables, chains, belts

Scratches, fading, or wear of surface coatings, decals, and electroplating due to daily use

VIII. Purchase Channel and Order Type Restrictions
Only new orders purchased from the Amazon official flagship store (or our designated official direct sales channels) are eligible for the free warranty service covered in this statement.

The following products are not eligible for free warranty service, but users can contact official customer service for paid parts purchase services (users are responsible for parts costs and shipping):

Products purchased from non-Amazon official stores (such as third-party stores, resellers, or unauthorized offline dealers).

Second-hand orders, resale orders, or vehicles for which original purchase receipts and first owner information cannot be provided.

Any product obtained through unofficial channels whose initial activation source cannot be verified.

For users who do not meet the above free warranty conditions, we can still provide technical support and paid sales of spare parts, but we do not provide free after-sales services such as on-site repairs or labor cost reductions.
