Warranty Service

Important Notice LIFEMAGIC strongly recommends that all customers have their LIFEMAGIC M9 inspected and tested by a certified e-bike technician before their first ride. A thorough inspection of each component of the e-bike will help ensure a safe ride. LIFEMAGIC is not responsible for damage to the e-bike or its components due to improper assembly. The cost of parts and/or repairs due to improper assembly will be the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty Coverage This warranty only applies to LIFEMAGIC M9 e-bikes purchased through official LIFEMAGIC channels. For clarity, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories. Warranty parts are limited to shipments within the contiguous 48 states of the United States.

Ownership And Warranty Period

  • Ownership: Limited to the first owner (original purchaser). Warranty terms do not apply to any subsequent owners or other transferees of the LIFEMAGIC M9.

  • Warranty period: Starts from the date you receive the e-bike and expires immediately upon expiry of the warranty period or when the e-bike is sold or transferred to another person.

Warranty Details

  1. Components/structures: 1 year Includes frame (paint and graphics on frame not included).

  2. Electrical components: 1 year Includes motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, front and rear lights, sensors, charger.

  3. Battery: 1 year Supports up to 300 charge cycles (whichever comes first). Batteries are designed to retain up to 75% of their original capacity during this period. Defective batteries and motors will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer and will only be evaluated for failure by LIFEMAGIC.

  4. Displays: 1 year Damage caused by improper use or operation is not covered by the warranty.

  5. Other key components: 1 year Includes suspension fork, handlebar, headset assembly, brakes (pads not included), bottom bracket, crankset, pedals, stays, rims, hubs, freewheel, derailleur, and shifter.

Note: If the unit or a component is replaced, the warranty coverage period will end at the later of 6 months from the date of replacement or the end of the existing warranty period. LIFEMAGIC reserves the right to replace the unit with one of equal or greater value.

Any of the following are not covered by the warranty:

  • Malfunctions caused by the user's failure to use, maintain, and adjust in accordance with the Instruction Manual.

  • Failure caused by the user's own disassembly, maintenance, modification, or failure to comply with the rules of use.

  • Failure caused by the user's improper use, storage, or accident.

  • Costs incurred when the user goes to another repair shop for repairs without prior consent.

  • Third-party parts are not included in this warranty. Examples include drive systems, brakes, or suspension components. For warranty information on third-party parts, please visit the appropriate manufacturer's website or contact us.

  • Please contact us for written approval before returning any item. No refunds will be issued for unaccepted or unapproved returns.

  • Expendable parts are not covered under warranty, including tires, seats, plastic parts, brakes, discs, pads, brake lines, surface scratches, etc.

Shipping Damage Warranty LIFEMAGIC agrees to replace products damaged during shipping if the following conditions are met:

  • Notify LIFEMAGIC of damage that occurred during shipping within 5 days of receiving the product.

  • Provide time-stamped photographic or video evidence of the damaged product.

  • Retain the original packaging and accompanying documentation for the product.

  • Inspect the product before signing for it, or note any visible product damage on the carrier's delivery note.

If you choose to use an independent transport service (e.g., freight forwarder), LIFEMAGIC is not responsible for replacing products damaged in transit.

How to Get Warranty Service If the LIFEMAGIC M9 you have purchased does not function properly under normal conditions of use during the warranty period, please visit https://www.lifemagics.com/pages/contact-us for product maintenance and assistance or submit a form through the website. LIFEMAGIC will cover the shipping costs for replacement parts during the warranty period.

REMINDER: All warranty claims require prior notification and authorization from LIFEMAGIC. Unauthorized repairs may invalidate the warranty.

Statement Denying or Limiting Responsibility LIFEMAGIC's warranty statement for the product is complete, and statements made by anyone else do not constitute any warranty for the product. LIFEMAGIC's liability is limited to the original purchase price and does not assume any liability for incidental or consequential damages (to the extent permitted by law). For cases involving third-party liability or different legal jurisdictions, please refer to the specific legal provisions.
